Where we ship, how long it takes, and what it costs.
Domestic (Indonesia)
Orders are dispatched from Bandung within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your city. A tracking number is sent by email once your order ships.
International
We are expanding international shipping gradually. If your country is not yet available at checkout, contact hello@elhea.id and we will do our best to arrange it.
Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Complimentary shipping may apply to qualifying orders during select periods.
