Returns & refunds
We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, here is how we make it so.
Eligibility
Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened fragrances can only be returned if faulty.
How to return
Email hello@elhea.id with your order number and reason for return. We will share return instructions and the address. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
